Midway Park Would Be Great Home For Trolley Car

To The Reader’s Forum: Your article about the search for a home for the restored Jamestown Street Railway Trolley Car No. 93 stirred my interest. I believe that Midway State Park would be a very appropriate home for the trolley car. According to Wikipedia, Midway State Park is “the fifth-oldest remaining trolley park of the 13 still operating in the United States.” How fitting for the restored trolley car to be placed in the nostalgic park of Midway. I told her no, and when I went outside to look I was presented with the fact that not only was the flag torn from its location but also six support and thank you signs for our police departments and our local fire department were also gone.
