JAMESTOWN POLICE - Alvin J. Jusino, 29, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:39 a.m. Monday in the area of Newland and Broadhead avenues. Police report seeing Jusino walking down the sidewalk knowing he had an outstanding felony arrest warrant through the Jamestown Police Department. Officers attempted to conduct a street check on Jusino and Jusino allegedly ran from officers. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Three individuals are facing drug charges after an incident in March. Jamestown Police reported on Friday that around 11 p.m. March 28, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Maple Street and Everett Avenue for observed traffic infractions. Officers identified the occupants of the vehicle to be Debra K. Leeper, the driver, 56, Koran D. Leeper, 51 and Jordan E. Czerniak, 43. Damonti, 42, of Falconer was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:29 p.m. Thursday after officers saw him walking on East Second Street. Officers report knowing Damonti had an active arrest warrant through Jamestown City Court. Damonti allegedly was found with methamphetamine. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Noel Luciano, 43, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:06 p.m. Monday at a hotel on Jamestown’s west side. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT --- Three city residents are facing charges after a traffic stop on Huxley Street near Front at 8 p.m. Friday. During the course of the probe, officers determined that Randall K. Mesler, 55, Stephen H. Cassidy, 48, and Christopher S. Haberberger, 39, were all in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and a billy club. Cassidy was also found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl.
