SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— CASSADAGA — On Friday, deputies were called to investigate a harassment complaint. Deputies made contact with the victim and collected evidence.
Through an investigation a suspect was identified as 33-year-old Daniel A. Fabrizio of Jamestown. He was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and will answer the charge later.
— SHERMAN — At 7:40 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 430. The operator was identified as Lindsey E. Huval, 39. Further investigation found Huval of Sherman to be driving while intoxicated. Huval was charged with DWI and moving from lane unsafely. She will answer charges later.
— HANOVER — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a incident on Routes 5 and 20 around 2:26 a.m. Friday. Further investigation found that Sarah K. Charry, 22, of Silver Creek was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Charry was charged with DWI and DWI per se. She will answer for her charges on a later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
DEPARTMENT
— Shorty after 6 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a southside address for a domestic incident. Through investigation it was found that Rebecca Blue, 32, and Damion Carlson, 25, were both severely under the influence of methamphetamine while they were supposed to be caring for Blue’s three underage children.
Blue and Carlson were both taken into custody and were transported to the Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment. Blue and
Carlson were both charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. All three were uninjured and taken in by a family member.
— Cassidy Spangler, 26, of Jamestown and Nicole Lavoice, 39, of Jamestown are facing petit larceny charges after an alleged shoplifting.
At about 5:39 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to Tops Markets at 738 Foote Ave. On the way to the call officers located the two suspects, Spangler and Lavoice. After further investigation it was discovered that both Spangler and Lavoice walked out of the main entrance of the store without paying for a cart full of food. Both Spangler and Lavoice were booked and released to return to court on a later date.
— Donna J. Torres, 67, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal tampering.
At 5:04 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to the area of East Third Street near Potters Alley for a women who had defecated on a building. Torres left after the incident and was located a short distance away and transported to city jail and later released.
