CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Edwin A Ernst, 39, of Silver Creek was charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child. Around 2:15 a.m. the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on Main Street in the village of Silver Creek for a report of a disorderly person. Ernst allegedly did act in a manner likely to be injurious to a child less than 17 years old. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Program.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Deborah Sikes, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

— Reynaldo Miranda, 41, of Dunkirk,was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Rodney Hawkins, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug, 20 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and failure to stop at stop sign.

— Victor Martinez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Thomas Majkowski, 48, homeless, was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with trespass.

— William Stevens, 63, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with second-degree harassment,

— Kalirys Viera-Roman, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

— John Jakubowicz, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Nayshaly Otero, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— William Tolbert, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Maureen Pagan, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

— Xavier Rodriguez, 35, homeless, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with petit larceny.

— Destiny Bennett, 27, of Stockton, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and following too closely.

— Louis Gomez-Pacheco, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Christopher Thomas, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with trespass.

— Alyssa Loveland, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Anthony Morales-Torres, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and six vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Luis Hernandez-Roman, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, and inadequate head lamps.

— Jodi Messere, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unregistered vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper plates.
