JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Kevin L. Bellardo, 53, was charged Dec. 16 with first-degree criminal contempt. According to police, at about 3:48 a.m., officers observed Bellardo walking on the west side with a woman who had an active order of protection against Bellardo. Bellardo was placed into custody without incident, and taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later. - Nathan J. Missing Frewsburg Girl Found

A 14-year-old Frewsburg girl has been found. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department, Mhyah Goon was located safely on Warren Road, Frewsburg on Dec. 15. Deputies said Goon was last seen Nov. 16, at about 9 p.m. walking on Riverside Road in Frewsburg. Goon left home without notice and did not have her phone. Deputies said Goon has run away from home in the past for extended periods of time.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Georgeanna Ribbing, 49, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood flow and endangering the welfare of a child. At 12:20 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a southside address for a reported physical domestic. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a 15-year-old victim who had minor visible injuries from a physical altercation with the mother, Ribbing. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — Jaxon V. McCloskey, 18, of the town of Portland, was charged Dec. 7 with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and DWI per se. According to officials, at about 4:16 a.m. deputies responded to Pullman Road in the Village of Brocton for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Through investigation, it was determined that McCloskey allegedly was driving while intoxicated. He was placed in custody and transported to the Pomfret substation for processing. Stockton Man Charged After Fire A Stockton man is facing charges after a fire on Dec. 11. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department Deputies have charged Keith J. Carlson, 38, of Stockton with second-degree attempted arson. According to officials, at about 9:24 a.m., deputies, and troopers from the New York State Police Fredonia barracks responded to an address on Cassadaga Stockton Road in the town of Stockton for a report of an altercation. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Justin J. Nickerson, 21, of Kennedy was charged Dec. 7 with second-degree burglary, and second-degree criminal contempt. According to officials, at about 2:30 p.m., deputies responded to an address in Kennedy for a possible order of protection violation. Upon arrival deputies located Nickerson at the address. There is a valid order of protection in place stating Nickerson is to stay away from the address.
