JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jessica M. Wolfgang, 46, of Jamestown, was charged May 12 with being a fugitive from justice. According to police, at about 9:31 p.m., officers were on patrol on the Northside when they observed Wolfgang, who was known to be wanted by Pennsylvania State Parole. She was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail awaiting extradition. She will be in Jamestown City Court later.

— Douglas E. Puckett, 39, of Jamestown, was charged May 12 with second-degree menacing. According to police, at about 5 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person with a weapon at a Northside residence. Upon further investigation, officers determined that Puckett allegedly menaced the victim with a knife. Puckett was placed into custody, and taken to the city jail without incident. He will be in city court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

— David J. Attard, 64, of Jamestown, was charged May 12 with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree harassment, and Maryanne E. Attard, 62, of Jamestown, was charged May 12 with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 4 p.m., officers placed the Attards into custody. Police said it was due to alleged child abuse incidents that the LBPD had been investigating in the town of Busti. Both will appear in Busti Town Court later.
