CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
– Erika Guerrero, 30, of Stockton, was charged May 17 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speeding, failure to keep right, and failure to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change. According to officials, at about 4:59 a.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the town of Stockton. Through investigation, it was determined that Guerrero was operating the vehicle allegedly while intoxicated at the time of the accident. Guerrero was Placed into custody and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for further processing. Guerrero was later released and will be in Stockton Town Court.
– Michael Austin, 46, of Cassadaga, was charged May 17 with second-degree criminal contempt. According to officials, at about 7:20 p.m., deputies responded to an address in the town of Charlotte for a reported order of protection violation. After an investigation it was determined that Austin allegedly intentionally violated an order of protection. Autin was located a short time later and placed into custody. He was taken to the county jail centralized processing and will be in Charlotte Town Court later.
TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Shalena S. Freeman, 41, of Jamestown was charged Dec. 9, 2025, with false personation, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to police, officers responded to an investigation, where it is alleged Freeman gave false identification to prevent arrest as she had felony warrants. Freeman was placed into custody, and taken to the county jail for centralized processing. She will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Hallie M. Rosenow, 53, of Jamestown was charged May 11 with endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, officers responded to a well-being check, where it is alleged Rosenow was under the influence of a narcotic substance(s) while caring for the victim. Rosenow was taken to UPMC for treatment and later placed into custody and transported to EPD for processing. Rosenow was later released and will be in town court later.
– Alexandria C. Seekins, 23, of Jamestown was charged May 13 with second-degree criminal contempt. According to police, officers responded to an order of protection Violation, where it is alleged Seekins disobeyed the order of protection and had contact with the protected party. She will be in town court later.
– Shawn L. Washington Jr., 40, of Falconer was charged May 16 with endangering the welfare of a child, and third-degree assault. According to police, officers responded to a domestic dispute, where it is alleged Washington threw the victim to the ground causing injury, which occurred in front of a child less than 17 years old. Washington was placed into custody, and taken to the county jail for centralized processing. He will be in town court later.
– Peter A. Nales Cano, 23, of Jamestown was charged May 5 with criminal possession of stolen property. According to police, officers initiated a traffic stop, where it is alleged Nales Cano had been operating a moped without any registration. After stopping the vehicle, it was confirmed Nales Cano was in alleged possession of stolen property out of Jamestown. He was placed into custody without incident, and taken to EPD for processing. He was released and will be in town court later.
– Thomas C. Lauer, 62, of Jamestown was charged May 12 with third-degree criminal trespass. According to police, officers responded to a trespass complaint at Fenner Elementary School, where it is alleged Lauer walked through school property during school operation. Lauer was arrested and released, and will be in town court later.
– Cory A. Crisafulli, 38, of Jamestown was charged May 15 with DWI, aggravated DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and other traffic violations. According to police, at about 3:06 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male passed out behind the wheel and in traffic, where it is alleged Crisafulli was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .18 percent or more. Crisafulli was placed into custody, processed and released with traffic tickets. He will be in town court later.
