Lindquist, 35, of Dunkirk was charged March 15 with operating a motor vehicle with no taillights, driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, and aggravated DWI. A Jamestown man has pleaded guilty to sex trafficking conspiracy and drug charges. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Friday that Kelvin Thomas, 43, entered the plea before U.S. District Judge John L. According to police, at about 10:45 p.m., officers responded to a Southside address for a reported domestic dispute.
