CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Scott Humble, 64, of the town of North Harmony was charged March 9 with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. According to officials, at about 3 p.m., deputies received notification that Humble was in possession of dogs on his property. A search warrant was executed for the property, resulting in the discovery of two five-month-old Keeshond dogs located within a rear kennel. LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT - Kaylee N. Keech, 27, of Jamestown, was charged March 6 with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence. According to police, at about 8 p.m., officers were investigating a suspicious acting person in the area of the Lakewood Walmart. During the investigation, it was discovered that Keech allegedly had stolen merchandise from the store. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — PORTLAND — At 2:17 p.m. Saturday, deputies were patrolling on Webster Road and stopped a vehicle for an alleged traffic infraction. Through an investigation it was determined that Andrew C. Harris, 29, of Westfield was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Harris was charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, Unlicensed operator, and uninspected motor vehicle. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Kenneth Blendowski, 41, of Hamburg, was charged March 5 with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and improper signaling. Officials said at around 10:17 p.m., deputies were on routine patrol in the town of Pomfret, when they stopped a vehicle for an alleged traffic violation. Through investigation the operator, Blendowski was found to be operating the vehicle while allegedly intoxicated. Spencer, 30, of the town of Portland was charged with second-degree attempted assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Dunlap, 61, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 4 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a south side home after a reported domestic dispute. A man and woman were allegedly arguing in a common hallway of the home.
