CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
– SILVER CREEK – Edrick W. Tollinchi FLores, 33, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny; property exceeds $1,000 fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal tampering – credit card and trespassing. According to a police report, a vehicle was broken into in Silver Creek. According to a police report, sheriff’s deputies, in cooperation with the State Police at Fredonia, identified Tollinchi Flores as the person responsible. Troopers were able to locate Flores and place him into custody for a separate incident. Deputies made contact with Flores on July 17 and issued him appearance tickets to be in Hanover Town Court later.
– CHAUTAUQUA – David M. Kilian, 27, of Orchard Park was charged with DWI after an accident at 11:18 p.m. Saturday in the town of Chautauqua after deputies responded to an address on Chautauqua-Stedman Road for a reported single motor vehicle accident. Kilian was taken into custody and arrested for DWI. He was later released to be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
Daniel S. Geiger, 34, of Westfield, was charged Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers and Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies responded to Moore Park after a concerned citizen reported that individuals were using drugs in plain view at the gazebo. It is alleged that Geiger was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and appeared to be impaired. During a search, a small quantity of fentanyl was discovered. During the investigation, officers also determined that Geiger had an active bench warrant through the Evans Police Department. After being issued an appearance ticket, he was subsequently turned over to the Evans Police Department on the outstanding bench warrant. Geiger is scheduled to appear before the Town of Westfield Court at a later date.
