JAMESTOWN POLICE

- Evein E. Fuller, 19, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with felony second-degree assault.

Around 2:30 p.m., officers of the first platoon responded to a Northside address for a reported stabbing. Officers quickly located Fuller and placed him into custody. It is alleged Fuller had stabbed a subject during an argument over a cellphone. Fuller was transported to city jail without incident and held pending arraignment. The victim was treated at UPMC Chautauqua for non life-threatening injuries.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

- Heather L. Ramsey, 45, of Sherman was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. At around 9:45 a.m. deputies responded to an address in the town of Sherman for a report of a past tense harassment complaint. Through investigation it was alleged that on July 19 Ramsey had made unwanted physical contact with another person. Ramsey was arrested and later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Sherman Court at a later date and time.

- Pedro F. Rosa, 51, of Falconer was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. At about 4:40 p.m. deputies responded to an address in the town of Harmony for an order of protection violation. It is alleged that Rosa did violate a valid stay away order of protection and had a previous conviction of a qualifying family offense. Rosa was later found and was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment.

- Xavier Rodriguez Perez, 36, of Dunkirk was charged Thursday with petit larceny. At 10 a.m. deputies were dispatched to a business in the town of Hanover for a larceny complaint. While Deputies were responding to the incident, the suspect vehicle was located in the town of Hanover. The vehicle was stopped and the alleged stolen merchandise was observed by deputies in the back seat of the vehicle. The passenger, Perez, was identified as the suspect and taken into custody. Perez was issued an appearance ticket will return to the Town of Hanover court at a later date to answer to his charge.

- Kenneth E. Armstrong Jr., 36, of Forestville was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. At approximately 10:30 a.m. deputies were dispatched to an address in the town of Villenova for a report of an altercation. It is alleged that Armstrong had gotten into a physical altercation with another individual. Armstrong was arrested and charged. He was taken to the county jail for arraignment and will answer his charges in Town of Villenova Court on a later date.

- Jacquelin M. Edwards, 40, of Dunkirk was charged Friday with Driving While Intoxicated, aggravated DWI for having a Blood Alcohol Content of .18% or higher and moving from lane unsafely. Around 12:45 a.m. deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the town of Sheridan on E Middle Road. It is alleged that Edwards was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. After being ticketed, she was later released.
