– Tessa J. Reed, 22, of Bemus Point was charged with DWI after officers pulled a vehicle over at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday on Hazzard Street near Prather Avenue. Reed was charged and taken to the city jail to be processed before she was released with appearance tickets to be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Nicole L. Hixson, 32, of Jamestown was charged at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday with resisting arrest after a street check by police officers on the city’s east side. Officers report seeing Hixson walking in the area knowing she had active bench warrants issued by Jamestown City Court. Officers conducted a street check and informed Hixson she had active warrants. Hixson allegedly ran away but was caught and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
– Isaiah Figueroa Torres, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 9″10 a.m. Wednesday after officers assigned to the JPD’s STRIVE Domestic Violence Detail responded to a residence in downtown Jamestown to execute a Temporary Extreme Risk Protection Order. While at the residence, officers allegedly found Isaiah Figueroa Torres inside with an individual who is the protected party, while there is an active Stay Away Order of Protection issued against Figueroa Torres. Figueroa Torres was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
