HANOVER — A 22-year-old man was injured and transported by helicopter after an accident Monday evening.

At about 7 p.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to Dennison Road for a personal injury motorcycle accident. The operator of the motorcycle was flown by STAT Medivac to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo for his injuries.

An investigation into this incident is ongoing at this time. No other vehicles or persons were involved in the accident.
