A Brocton man has been charged with forcible touching by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies.

Dale F. Parks, 68, of Brocton was charged Tuesday, according to a police report. Deputies received a complaint on Oct. 17, 2025, that Parks allegedly had inappropriate contact with another person.

After an investigation into the allegations, investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged Parks , who was given an appearance ticket to be in Portland Town Court later.
