South, Center Sewer To Meet

CELORON — The South and Center Chautauqua Lake Sewer Districts Finance Committee will meet at 11 a.m. today in the district conference room. The public is welcome to attend.

Vaccine Clinic Today At School

The Jamestown Public Schools District and Chautauqua County Health Department will host a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Love Elementeary School for anyone 18 and over. Walk-ins are welcome. Those who want to register for a time can visit www.jpsny.org/vaccine.

JBC Bowling Trip Saturday, June 13

The annual trip to Darien Lake for those who participated in the Jamestown Bowling Company Junior Bowling Program in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons will be Sunday, June 13. The times will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Food will be available from noon to 5 p.m. Extra tickets for anyone wishing to attend who was not in the program are $30 each. Sherman Church Hosting BBQ

SHERMAN — The Sherman Community Church will hold a chicken barbecue starting at 4 p.m. Saturday. Drive-through orders can be picked up in the church parking lot at 107 Church St. The cost is $10.

Panama Board To Meet Monday

PANAMA — The Panama Village Board meeting will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the village offices.

SBDC Hosting WIN Meeting

The next Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College hosted Women in Networking program will take place Thursday, June 10, at noon. The presentation will focus on securing funding sources for your business. The session will give participants tools for finding and applying for loans and grants through various resources. The presenter will provide steps to understanding the process and options to consider. The speaker is Jennifer Wedzik, who has managed credit operations in excess of $450 million and now oversees the day-to-day operations for her numerous small businesses. Wedzik is experienced as her background is extensive in the commercial lending world and as an owner of four different profitable businesses. She is also a part-time business adviser with the SBDC, which allows her to share her insight from both the lender’s and borrower’s perspective with businesses in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. Soil, Water Board To Meet June 16

BEMUS POINT — The Chautauqua County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors will meet at 8:30 a.m. June 16 at the Bemus Point United Methodist Church, 4954 Bemus-Ellery Road No. 9739, Bemus Point.
