South Valley Declares State Of Emergency

A state of emergency has been declared for the town of South Valley by Supervisor Heather Lamberson due to emergency conditions produced by COVID-19. The state of emergency is in effect for 30 days beginning March 23.

School Board Meets Monday

PANAMA — The Panama Central School Board will meet Monday at 7 p.m. by Zoom link. The public is invited to watch by going to pancent.org for a link to the meeting.

School Board Meeting Changed

SALAMANCA — The Salamanca City Central School Board announced a change in location of its Tuesday meeting and April 21 meeting as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The meetings were originally scheduled to be held in the High School LGI Room and will now be held at the high school library. The meetings will start at 5:30 p.m. as originally scheduled and can be viewed live at salamancany.org.

Ellery Seniors Cancel Meeting

ELLERY — The meeting of the Ellery Senior Citizens on April 9 has been canceled due to the current health issues. Members are told to have a safe Easter.

School Board To Meet Monday

The Bemus Point School Board will meet Monday in the Maple Grove Middle-High School cafeteria on Dutch Hollow Road. The board will meet for an executive session at 5:30 p.m., and for the regular meeting at 6 p.m. The meeting, which will not be open to the public, can be viewed online at: ensemble.e2ccb.org/hapi/v1/contents/permalinks/bpcsdmeeting/view.
