JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Jared G. Leroy, 43, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 10:04 p.m. Tuesday to the east side of the city for a trespass complaint. Upon arrival, officers observed a person in an apartment and shortly after heard glass breaking. Leroy was eventually taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was held for arraignment in court. — James D. Rivera, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and two counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday to a downtown business for a suspicious male who was allegedly following two juvenile females. One of the females later identified Rivera who followed them for a quarter mile. The victims stated that while the male was following them, he was speaking to them in a manner that scared them. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE — MAYVILLE — Bayshawn Barlow, 34, of Mayville, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 5:12 p.m. Monday to a Mayville address for a suspicious situation complaint. An investigation found that Barlow allegedly endangered the lives of others and damaged another person’s property. Barlow was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Adam L. Ciccarella, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 1:10 p.m. Sunday for a reported disorderly person on the city’s north side. An investigation determined that Ciccarella allegedly violated an order of protection and threatened physical harm. Ciccarella was taken into custody and held for arraignment in court. Jamestown Woman Charged In Assault With Knife A Jamestown woman is facing numerous charges after an assault at a southside residence late Saturday. Brandi R. Haight, 33, is facing charges of first-degree assault, two counts of first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — David A. Burkholder, 41, and Cynthia M. Messere, 29, both of Jamestown, were each charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Officers responded at 1:17 a.m. Friday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute.
