CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– MAYVILLE – Robert Kaczor Jr., 30, of Fredonia was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt. Kaczor, an incarcerated individual at the Chautauqua County Jail, allegedly called an individual who has a full stay away order of protection against him. He will answer to the charge in Chautauqua Town Court.
– STOCKTON – Eric Johnson, 45, of Driftwood Road, Bemus Point was charged Wednesday around 8 a.m. with driving while ability impaired by drugs. It is alleged that Johnson was traveling on Route 380, Stockton, exited his vehicle and laid in the roadway, under the influence of drugs.
