JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Tracey L. Wynn, 41, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, broken windshield and open container. Officers stopped a vehicle at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday on Park Street for a traffic violation and found that Wynn, the operator, was allegedly in an intoxicated condition. Victim identified in Villenova accident VILLENOVA — The victim has been identified in a fatal utility vehicle accident late Saturday. In a news release issued early Wednesday, deputies said William L. Shreve, 64, of Westfield was the operator of the vehicle. At around 11:36 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and South Dayton Fire Department responded to Dye Road for a reported motor vehicle accident. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Steven A. Gustafson Solinger, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. A vehicle was observed at 7:07 p.m. Friday traveling on Fluvanna Avenue without headlights or tail lights. Gustafson reportedly appeared to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. Gustafson Solinger’s level of impairment and BAC of 0.0% did not coincide with one another and a drug recognition expert then conducted a drug influence evaluation. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Robert M. Porter Jr., 58, of Celoron, was charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 4:19 a.m. Sunday to a downtown address for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Porter had allegedly forced his way into an apartment and punched another person repeatedly causing injuries. Porter was later found to be in possession of Suboxone. Hayes, 62, of North Tonawanda, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and moving from lane unsafely.
