CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– SINCLAIRVILLE – A morning fire has been labeled incendiary.

On Tuesday around 10 a.m. the Sinclairville Fire Department and several mutual aid fire departments responded to East Avenue in the village of Sinclairville for a residential structure fire. After extinguishing the fire, the Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was requested to the scene to conduct an origin and cause fire investigation. Investigation into the fire found that the fire was incendiary in nature.

No injuries were sustained as a result of the fire. At this time the investigation is on-going.

– ELLERY – Ryan P. Pattison, 19, of Highland Heights, Ohio was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, underage possession of alcohol and speeding following a traffic stop at 11:20 p.m. in the town of Ellery Following processing, Pattison was released with tickets and will appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
