CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– RANDOLPH – Jason Bean, 44, of Waterford, Pa. was charged July 4 with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86. He will answer to the charges in Randolph Town Court at a later date.

– COLD SPRING – Lindsey D. Little, 33, of Salamanca was arrested July 5 after deputies attempted a warrant execution in the town of Cold Spring. Little had an active warrant from the Salamanca Police Department.

– DAYTON – Gary Crispin, 44, of South Dayton was charged July 6 with criminal contempt after he allegedly violated an order of protection at a town residence. He will answer to the charge in Dayton Town Court.

– DAYTON – Duane Walter, 37, of Hinsdale was taken into custody July 12 on a bench warrant and was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies were patrolling Rt. 62 in the town of Dayton and took Walter into custody for several outstanding warrants from the city of Olean. While taking him into custody, deputies allegedly found two bags of heroin along with a bottle of prescribed methadone that did not belong to him. He was transferred to the Olean Police Department and will answer to the other charges in Dayton Town Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– HANOVER – Amy Bauchle, 51, of Deltona, Fla. was charged July 5 with two counts of driving while intoxicated and fleeing the scene of a property damage accident. It is alleged that while in an intoxicated state, Bauchle was involved in a motor vehicle accident around 3:30 p.m. on Routes 5&20 near Kwik Fill and fled the scene. She will answer to the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Denise L. Pattyson, 55, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 8:43 p.m. Saturday after her vehicle was pulled over near Barrett Avenue and the Barrett Avenue ramp for an alleged traffic infraction. Officers report finding 7.3 grams of crack cocaine during a search of the vehicle. Pattyson was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.

– Dale R. Linkous, 26, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence, a felony, at 9:09 p.m. July 5. Linkous was arrested on an active arrest warrant from a previous incident. Officers took Linkous to the city jail for arraignment and found Linkous had allegedly dropped a plastic bag containing a powdery substance on the jail floor after allegedly concealing it on his person. Officers found the bag, which tested positive for fentanyl according to a police report, and was seized.
