CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — SILVER CREEK -- At 6:18 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a residence on Main Street for a report of a neighbor dispute. After a brief investigation it was determined that Amber L. Devore, 28, of Silver Creek did harass another individual by threatening to subject them to physical contact. Schurman, 60, of Lakewood was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely following a staff stop Thursday at 10 p.m. on Elmcrest Avenue in the village. She was arrested and later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Busti Court for a later date and time. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Wilfredo Rivera-Vasquez, 22, of Jamestown was charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment, criminal impersonation, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, following a domestic incident on the city’s south side at 5:38 a.m. Tuesday. CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Benjamin Sebdza, 38, of 3 Seymour St., of Jamestown, was charged on March 30 with third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of felony driving while intoxicated, and multiple traffic infractions. According to deputies, Sebzda was traveling on Route 242/Windmill Road in the town of Napoli when deputies pursued his vehicle. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Joshua L. Reynolds, 30, of Jamestown was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and being a fugitive from justice after a traffic stop at 3:51 p.m. Monday on Baker Street near Colfax Street. According to a police report, officers pulled a vehicle over and identified Reynolds, who allegedly had a warrant from Warren City Court in Pennsylvania for possession of a controlled substance. Reynolds was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – DUNKIRK – Gwen Steger, 44, of the town of Pomfret was charged with petit larceny. It is alleged that on March 8, Steger stole property from TJ Maxx on Vineyard Drive, Dunkirk. She will answer to the charge in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date. – HANOVER – Eugene Eberhardt, 70, of Silver Creek has been charged with third-degree attempted assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
