JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Christina L. Dorman, 48, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 7 p.m. Wednesday to the east side of the city for a warrant check. Dorman was taken into custody on a domestic violence warrant. Police later learned that Dorman had allegedly violated an order of protection against her inside an apartment. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment in court. — Erik V. Officers responded at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday to a reported domestic incident at a residence and learned that Diggs allegedly violated an order of protection. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Angel M. Melendez, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest and no/inadequate lights — bicycle. Officers observed Melendez riding a bicycle in the road without proper lights. It was learned that Melendez had an active bench warrant out of the city of Jamestown. CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE — DAYTON — Peter E. Huber, 52, of Gowanda, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while intoxicated second offense, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. Deputies stopped Huber Jan. 19 on Route 62 in the town of Dayton for a revoked license and an investigation revealed signs of intoxication to the driver.
