CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– MAYVILLE – David Mclaughlin III, 30, of Mayville was charged July 3 with felony driving while intoxicated. Deputies said Mclaughlin was at the Sheriff’s Office for an unrelated matter and was charged with felony DWI due to having a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years. He was also charged with aggravated DWI with having a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher. He will answer the charge in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
