JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
• Michael T. Saxon, 43, no address listed, was charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Officers at 10:20 p.m. Monday found that the male block of the Jamestown City Jail had been flooded by Saxon, who allegedly shoved a toilet paper roll into the toilet and was splashing water on the floor of the cell. The incident caused the entire block to flood. Saxon was being held on charges from a previous incident earlier in the day.
