Fenton History Center To Celebrate Birthday Of Gov. Fenton’s Wife The Fenton History Center will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of Elizabeth Scudder Fenton’s birthday, wife of Gov. Reuben Fenton, on Saturday at 2 p.m. The closing of the time capsule will also happen. The time capsule reflects the 60th anniversary of the Fenton Historical Society of Jamestown and is to be opened in 2063.
