Cassadaga Floating Stage Concert Is Sunday
CASSADAGA – Midnight Recovery will perform from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday on the floating stage in Cassadaga. The concert is sponsored by the Citizens for a Better Cassadaga. Opening for them on the Beach Gazebo from 4 to 5 p.m. is local group Dead End Creek, comprised of Cassadaga Valley Central School graduates Max Comstock, Haydn Myers, Matt Lessinger, Spencer Blake and Lucas Bouquin. The Floating Stage and Beach Gazebo are located at Cassadaga Beach, Park Avenue, Cassadaga. Parking is limited at the beach so those attending are asked to park at the nearby church, library or fire hall if able.
City Zoning Board Of Appeals To Meet Aug. 7
The Jamestown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the City Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall. Board members will hear a request for two area variances to install a carport at 12 Harris Ave. Anyone who wants to submit comments can attend the hearing, send comments to the City Clerk’s Office, 200 E. Third St., Jamestown, NY 14701 or via email at clerk@jamestownny.gov. Comments will be read into the record and transcribed. The meeting will be livestreamed at www.jamestownny.gov/live.

SINCLAIRVILLE – The Cassadaga Valley Central School board will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the middle-high school multipurpose room. The public is welcome to attend.
Randolph School Board To Gather August 7
RANDOLPH – The Randolph Central School District Board of Education will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. in the high school library. The board is expected to move for an executive session to complete an evaluation of the district superintendent. The public is welcome to attend in case the board takes any action after the executive session.

All blood types are needed 1o ensure a reliable supply for patients. A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Individuals who are 17 years of age in most states (16 with parental consent where allowed by state law), weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood. High school students and other donors 16 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.
