Eason Hall Front Entrance To

Be Closed

Wednesday, Thursday

WESTFIELD — The contractor for the Eason Hall Front Entrance Repairs project will need to have the front entrance closed completely beginning Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 8 a.m. and it will remain closed through the end of business on Thursday, Sept. 28. This closure is necessary to assess and repair aspects of the front entrance to the building.

In anticipation of this closure, Westfield village officials are urging residents and customers to try to mail their utility payments, pay them online or utilize the side drop box before attempting to pay in person. The village will keep the north (handicap) and south side ramp entrances open for business. However, parking is extremely limited on both sides of Eason Hall.

“Unless you are handicapped, if you must pay your bills or do other business in person, we ask you to park at the Elm Street Public Parking lot or on Elm Street to conduct any business at Eason Hall,” officials said. “We know that this may be inconvenient, but it is just for a short period of time. We appreciate your cooperation while this project is underway and thank you for your understanding and patience.”
