Charlotte Clerk’s Office To Be Closed

CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte Town Clerk’s Office will be closed Monday, Dec. 24, and Monday, Dec. 31, due to the upcoming holidays.

Fenton History Center To Observe Holiday

The Fenton History Center will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Wednesday in observance of the Christmas holiday.

Catt. Co. VSA To Hold Office Hours

Steve McCord, Cattaraugus County Veteran Service Agency director, will hold office hours from 1:30-4 p.m. Jan. 2 in Gowanda at the Gowanda American Legion, from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 9 at the Randolph American Legion Post and fromm 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Franklinville Town Clerk’s office. McCord is also available from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Thursdays in the Little Valley Cattaraugus County Office Building. Office hours in Olean are from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as 4 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with an appointment. For more information, call 701-3298.

Church To Host Concert Dec. 30

BEMUS POINT — Lakeside Bible Chapel, 98 Lakeside Drive, Bemus Point, is hosting a concert Sunday, Dec. 30, at 6 p.m. featuring Michael O’Brien. The public is welcome and a love offering will be received. O’Brien is a 20-year music veteran who spent seven years as lead singer of the Christian band Newsong.

Food Express Truck To Visit

ASHVILLE — The Food Bank of Western New York Mobile Pantry Truck from Buffalo will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church on Friday, Dec. 28. Open hours are 10:30 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. The truck brings fresh produce and some staple items. To receive free food, proof of address from the following ZIP codes is required: Ashville 14710, Bemus Point 14712, Celoron 14720, Lakewood 14750, Niobe 14758, Panama 14767, Stow 14785 and anyone who lives in the town of Busti. Ellington Church To Hold Special Services

ELLINGTON — The Ellington Community Church will hold its Christmas service at 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, and a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24. For more information, call 962-5841.

Ham Radio Class To Be Held

The PROS And CCARET are assembling a Western New York Ham Radio class to start in the new year for those who may want to make an upgrade from General to Extra. The classes will be held at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, 224 E. Main St., Springville. The date will be determined after the group reaches a minimum class size of five people. Study guides can either be purchased through the class or from a book vendor. The class is free with a Laurel VE test session at the conclusion of the class.
