RUSSELL, Pa. — Sharon Birtcil shot a scratch 42 and net 34 to lead the A Flight during the Tuesday Ladies League at Blueberry Hill Golf Course.

Barb Hill and Deb Niederritr shot matching net 36s while Hill had a scratch 44. Hill also led the tournament — holes that start with ‘T’ and ‘F’ — with a 25. Birtcil had a 27.

In the B Flight, Sue Shea had a scratch 49 and Lori Eaton had a net 34. Eaton and Sally Moldovan had scratch 50s while Shea, Danell Sowers and Amy Stewart had net 36s. Moldovan and Shea tied for the tournament lead with 29s while Sue Ferranto had a 30.

Jeana Morrison’s scratch 48 and net 31 led the C Flight. Bev Eldridge had a scratch 54 while Jill Dart and Eldridge had net 37s. Morrison led the tournament with a 29 while Dart and Jill Morley had 34s.

Sue Shields’ scratch 52 and Deb Sumner’s net 31 led the D Flight. Sumner had a scratch 53 and Shields had a net 33. Shields also won the tournament with a 31 while Linda Bajorek and Sumner had 32s.

Joie Hendricks had a scratch 55 and net 30 to lead the E Flight. Ashley Elms and Cindy Lodestro had scratch 58s with Elms turning in a net 31. Hendricks fired a 35 on the tournament holes and Lodestro had a 36.

Betty McPherson, Jess Rex and Carol Torrance tied in the F Flight with scratch 63s. Cindy Schuman had a 64. Rex led with a net 32 while McPherson, Schuman and Torrance had net 34s. The tournament was led by Rex with a 35 while McPherson, Schuman and Torrance had 38s.

In the G Flight, Crystal Howe had a scratch 62 and Amanda Slattery had a net 26. Lynne Rulander shot a scratch 64 and Howe had a net 30. Jen Hanaway and Slattery led the tournament holes with 38s while Howe and Sue Scalise had 39s.

LAKEWOOD — Tim Sandberg’s 35 paced the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club.

Denny Howe had a 38 and Pete Hofert shot a 40.

Ray Adams’ 30 led the net scores folloewd by Jon Steffan (31). Sandberg, Pat Walters and Gary Wood had net 33s.

Bob Stevens converted an eagle while Stevens made three birdies. Howe, Gaylan Critzer and Mike Peyton each made one birdie.

WESTFIELD — Kim Tiberio fired a 46 gross and a 28 net to lead the Par Tee Girls League at Pinehurst Golf Club. She also had the longest putt on No. 6.
