The Western Zone of the New York State Retired Teachers Association has contributed $400 from its Retired Teachers’ Founders’ Fund to Meals on Wheels of the Jamestown Area. Vicki Smith, right, retired Clymer teacher and member of the retired teachers’ Founders’ Fund committee, presents the donation to Barrie Yochim, Meals on Wheels executive director. The contribution will help get essential home-delivered meals into the hands of homebound senior citizens in central and southern Chautauqua County.
