Eagles Stay Undefeated
CATTARAUGUS — Cate Ayers had 22 assists, two kills and two aces as North Collins swept Cattaraugus-Little Valley 25-17, 25-18, 25-17 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association East Division girls volleyball Monday.
Michaela Rice had 12 kills and 10 aces; Mckenna Rice had 10 kills; and Mackenzie Jaworski had six kills and two aces for the Eagles (7-0, 7-0).
The Timberwolves fell to 0-5 overall and 0-4 in the league.
RANDOLPH SWEEPS
ELLICOTTVILLE — Eve Adams had 12 kills and 12 digs for Randolph in a 25-16, 25-13, 25-17 East Division sweep of Ellicottville.
Mya Abrams had 23 assists and two aces; Rian Finch had nine kills and two aces; Avery Morrison had 10 digs and two aces; and Payton Morrison had six aces and four kills for the Cardinals (6-4, 5-2).
Allison Rowland led the Eagles (3-5, 3-3) with 11 digs and nine kills; Natalee Leiper had 14 assists, six digs and an ace; and Cora Norton had three kills, three digs and three aces.
GOWANDA PREVAILS
GOWANDA — After dropping the first set, Gowanda beat Pine Valley 22-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-21 in the East Division.
Gowanda improved to 5-2 overall and 5-1 in the league.
Pine Valley fell to 5-4 overall and 3-4 in the league.
