County Should Pursue Airport Marketing Study
To The Reader’s Forum:
I am encouraged that the county is talking about a marketing study regarding air service at the Jamestown airport.
For years, the tail has wagged the dog ….. getting proposals from airlines about what they wanted to do and where they wanted to fly. It sounds like we are finally talking about asking our flying customers where they want to make connections to, and asking airlines to make proposals to our preferred destination.
Then our leaders can decide whether it makes sense or not, using the proper information.
