JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Melissa Seekings, 39, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 11:08 a.m. on Saturday to Winsor Street for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Seekings allegedly threw a coffee pot at a man, causing an injury to his hand. The incident occurred in front of a 2-year-old child. Seekings was held for arraignment.

¯ Brandon Philbrick, 28, no address listed, was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer and reckless driving. Officers stopped a vehicle at 7:51 a.m. on Sunday at the intersection of East Fourth Street and Prendergast Avenue for a traffic violation. A woman got out of the vehicle, which then pulled away. Through further investigation it was believed that Philbrick was operating the vehicle, which traveled south out of the city on Foote Avenue and headed toward Pennsylvania. Jamestown later terminated the pursuit when it entered Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania State Police located the vehicle and a short time later were able to take Philbrick into custody. Philbrick allegedly had several outstanding warrants in New York and Pennsylvania. He was being held at the Warren County Jail on charges from the Pennsylvania State Police.

¯ Alisha A. Klinger, 41, of Mayville, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal using drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Anthony Conti, 35, no address listed, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police stopped a vehicle at 11:24 p.m. on Saturday for speeding on Baker Street at Orr Street. The driver, Marshall W. Robbins, 31, was allegedly operating on a suspended driver’s license. An investigation found that Klinger was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and a loaded handgun. Conti was allegedly found with suboxone and less than 1 gram of fentanyl.
