ELLERY – Aubrey Baize, 29 and Kimberly Ferguson, 39, both of Randolph were charged with petit larceny. On April 19 at around 9 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a business on Rt. 430 in the town of Ellery for a shoplifting complaint of two people taking merchandise from a business without paying. Baize and Ferguson were later identified with the help of witnesses and deputies. On April 24, Baize and Ferguson were arrested and charged. Baize remained in custody while Ferguson was released with an appearance ticket. On April 25, Baize was convicted by jury of arson regarding a fire in the Kennedy area in 2022.
