Prostitution Investigation Leads To Charges For Falconer Man

A Falconer man has been charged with third-degree patronizing a prostitute, a class A misdemeanor, after an investigation by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force.

According to a police report, Larry A. Canaley, 67, of Falconer turned himself in to Ellicott Town Court on Tuesday. An investigation allegedly showed Canaley would pick a woman up in Jamestown and then take her to Falconer, where he paid her cash to engage in sexual activity.

The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Jamestown and Ellicott police departments, assisted by the New York State Police CNET team. Anyone with information on illegal activities including narcotics can call the task force’s anonymous tip line at 483-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
