JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Kenneth D. Lamb III, 38, of Jamestown, and Taylor L. Lane, 25, of Jamestown were both charged April 22 with third-degree criminal trespass. According to police, at about 8:42 a.m., officers responded to a Northside address for a reported trespass complaint. Upon arrival, officers located Lamb, and Lane allegedly sleeping on the floor of a condemned apartment. Both were placed into custody without incident, and taken to Jamestown City Jail. Lamb and Lane will be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Jayquan S. Minns, 25, of Buffalo was charged April 18 with endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to police, at about 2 p.m., officers responded to the area of Regent and North Main streets for a reported physical domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers located a male, female, and a 6-year-old child seated inside a vehicle at the reported location. Police said as officers approached, the male exited the vehicle, and fled on foot. After a brief pursuit, he was apprehended without further incident, and identified as Minns. Minns, police said, allegedly had subjected the female victim to physical violence in the presence of the child, causing the child to experience distress. Minns was placed into custody, and taken to the city jail. He will be in city court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Jonalee Perez Cruz, 33, of Jamestown, was charged April 21 with petit larceny, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 6:06 p.m. officers responded to Walmart, 350 E. Fairmount Ave., for a shoplifting complaint. Through investigation, Cruz, with a child present, allegedly passed all points of sale with $203.55 of unpaid merchandise. She was placed into custody and later released. She will be in Busti Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
– Rachel E. Pryll, 22, of Forestville was charged April 13 with third-degree criminal sale of cannabis. According to officials, at about 6:18 p.m., deputies investigated a report of a female distributing CBD gummies to juveniles. The female was later identified as Pryll. Pryll was arrested and issued an appearance ticket. She will be in Hanover Town Court later.
