Heidi Brooks has been named Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors’ 2023 Realtor of the Year

Criteria for the award include: involvement at the local realtors’ board, community activity and charitable giving, Realtor spirit and strict adherence to the Realtors Code of Ethics.

In her seven years as a Board of Realtors member, Brooks has been an active member of the board’s Public Relations Committee. In 2023, she accepted the position of Public Relations Committee chairperson. Brooks also participated in this year’s Realtors Leadership Program. Outside of the Board of Realtors, Brooks is active in her church, and is also a member of the Bemus Point Business Association.

The Realtor of the Year is nominated and selected by members of the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors.
