Notice To Home Subscribers

To our home-delivery subscribers:

Throughout the decades, you, our loyal and valued readers, have come to trust and depend on The Post-Journal.

We will continue to provide that information each day — in print and online. However, as you may have noticed, home delivery of the print edition has been difficult as of late from time to time, which is not a sustainable quality model.

That is why, effective Saturday, May 4, The Post-Journal will be delivered to you through the U.S. Postal Service, which provides same-day delivery to our subscribers.

What does this mean to you, our subscribers? Your paper will be dry and in the same spot every day, delivered by the oldest and most trusted delivery service in the USA, the U.S. Postal Service.

The Post-Journal provides you the local news/sports information you need to stay connected with your community. We hope you will continue to receive the local news and sports that you are accustomed to reading everyday as a Post-Journal subscriber.

Our editorial timeline will not change, thus the newspaper content is available every morning. Your home delivery subscription also includes, at no additional charge, access to our web site at www.post-journal.com and e-edition, an exact replica of the newspaper in electronic form, which is available every morning as the printed newspaper is being delivered. If you do not currently have access to the web site or e-edition, we will gladly walk you through the process of setting up your account. Please call customer service at 716-487-1111, then press 4.

The Post-Journal’s Customer Care Center is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and 7 to 11 a.m. on Saturday to answer any questions you may have.

We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to continuing to serve you.
