Fly-Tying Classes Scheduled For Dec. 11, Dec. 18 SINCLAIRVILLE – Country Kids on the Fly will meet at the Sinclairville Free Library, 15 Main St., on Mondays, Dec. 11 and Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. The program is free for those ages 8 and up to learn fly tying techniques.
