Lakewood Village Offices To Close Early Monday

LAKEWOOD – The Village of Lakewood office will close at noon on Monday, April 8, 2024. The regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting that evening has been postponed to Monday, April 15, 2024 and will be held in the Town of Busti Municipal Building.

To Meet Tuesday

BEMUS POINT – The Bemus Point Library’s next board meeting will be on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the library. The public is welcome to attend.

Election Integrity

Dr. John Frank, head of Mike Lindell’s research team for election integrity, will be speaking on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at 1309 Norby Road, Jamestown. Deeply diving into voting machines and discovering irregularities with the voting system, Frank is a widely known speaker on the subject, appearing on Lindell TV and in conferences throughout the nation. Doors open at 6: 30 p.m.

To Meet April 11

FREWSBURG – The Frewsburg Central School Board of Education will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, April 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the middle-high school multi-purpose room. Library Hosting April Exhibit

LAKEWOOD – The Lakewood Memorial Library welcomes a new art exhibit showcasing works by John Bonnett. His art celebrates the timeless allure of fly fishing through the lens of wood and paper craftsmanship. The exhibit showcases a diverse array of artworks, each meticulously crafted from wood and paper, showcasing the versatility and elegance of these elemental materials. ASSE International Student Exchange Programs (ASSE) is looking for local families to host high school exchange students between the ages of 15 and 18 from diverse countries such as Australia, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Japan, and more. ASSE Exchange Students are selected based on their academic achievements and personalities. Host families have the opportunity to choose a student from diverse backgrounds, countries, and interests. Students arrive with their own spending money and comprehensive insurance coverage.
