Jamestown Civil Air Patrol Squad Receives Awards Jamestown Composite Squadron NY 402 members received several awards during the WNY Mill Ball in January. Nine cadets from the local squadron attended. C/Capt. Amelia Matteson-Garza was named the WNYG Cadet of the Year for 2025 while C/Capt.
