Community Blood Drive To Be Held

Spire Theater To Host Live Band

Donna the Buffalo will perform live at The Spire Theater with special guest The Probables on Saturday at the Spire Theater, 317 E. Third St., Jamestown. Holiday Bazaar To Be Held Dec. 4

The Jamestown Holiday Artisan Bazaar will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in businesses on First, Second and Third streets in downtown Jamestown. The event features handmade crafts and goods, Santa and elves, live music, hot cocoa and candy canes.

Tax Program Seeking Support

The United Way’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program is seeking volunteers to prepare taxes, provide site support or provide language translation at various locations across Chautauqua County. Volunteers are needed Saturdays, weekday afternoons and Tuesday evenings from January through April in Jamestown, Sinclairville, and Mayville (depending on location). Church Hosting Hymns Event

Society To Host Christmas Dinner

SINCLAIRVILLE — The Valley Historical Society will gather at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, for its annual Christmas dinner meeting. The meeting will be held at the Sinclairville Fire Hall. All attendees should bring a dish of food to pass and their own drink and table service. The year’s history in review will be discussed. Town of Stockton historian, John Sipos, will talk about several aspects of the history of Stockton. Anyone interested in local history is encouraged to attend. Lakewood YWCA Hosting Event

LAKEWOOD — The inaugural George L. Barone Holiday Event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Lakewood YWCA Lake Lodge. The event includes a basket giveaway, holiday gift-giving crafts and vendors, hot cocoa and cookies and a free present for each child while supplies last. The event is free and open to the public. Proceeds benefit the George L Barone Jr. Scholarship Fund at the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.
