William L. and Joanne Lucas of Frewsburg, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a family dinner at the Lakewood Rod & Gun, Lakewood, N.Y. The celebration was hosted by their children Christina and Nathan Marsh and Shawn Lucas. They are also the grandparents of Dylan, Dalton, Dallas and Drake Marsh and Victoria, Alexandar, Maxwel and Abigail Lucas.

Lucas and the former Joanne DePasquale were married Dec. 4, 1965, at the Pilgrim Memorial Church in Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Harold Paige performed the ceremony.

Lucas retired from Jamestown Police Department. Mrs. Lucas is a retired cosmetologist. They attend the Busti Federated Church in Busti N.Y.
