To The Reader’s Forum: To the thieves who stole my candidate’s sign. This incident served to further convince me that the opposing political group is anti-free speech and expression in a country that was founded on this principle. Washington Street Traffic Lights Upset Driver

To The Reader’s Forum: As driving across town on Washington Street yesterday, I was again appalled as I had to stop at Third, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth street signals. Imagine being a trucker hauling 40 or 45 thousand pounds of freight. Those vehicles are tough enough to drive without having to deal with timing idiocy. Even driving a pickup or car is frustrating enough. Gates Conflict Of Interest In Pandemic Protocols

To The Reader’s Forum: On March 3, 2020, the pandemic-addled Democrat majority in Albany gave virtual dictatorial powers to Gov. Cuomo, for a year. One of the governor’s first dictates was to use the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) for its Covid-19 protocol. Gov. Cuomo might be excused for going with IHME. After all, as the governor said, the White House relied on the pandemic protocol, and IHME was ready. Hearings Bring To Mind John’s Gospel To The Reader’s Forum: The recent questioning of Judge Amy Coney Barrett by the Senate judiciary committee was quite interesting and revealing. Her answers to her Democratic inquisitors were polite, thoughtful and focused. However, I doubt that she satisfied any of her adversaries. To The Reader’s Forum: Voices from the past are urgently needed for a new U.S. policy. When FDR took office in 1933 the U.S. faced an unprecedented economic crisis. If it had not been for FDR and his team of advisors who knows where our country would be today. One member of his Brains Trust was born in Sinclairville, NY. His name was Rexford Tugwell. Tugwell was instrumental in designing the agricultural policies and public works (i.e. infrastructure) for what became known as the New Deal.
