JAMESTOWN POLICE - Demian J. Seger, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, public lewdness and second-degree harassment after city police officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday for a reported disorderly patient. UPMC staff members told police that Seger allegedly became irate during his discharge process, damaged a hospital bed, exposed himself to staff and then allegedly threatened staff. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – HANOVER – Christine L. Gard, 44, of Silver Creek, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. It is alleged that around 10 a.m. Gard was involved in an altercation on Angell Road, where she hit another person in the face. She was taken to the county jail for arraignment and will answer to the charge in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE - Kieran J. Hunt, 33, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, after police officers responded to a west side home at 12:15 a.m. Sunday for a reported suspicious situation. Upon arrival officers learned the incident was a domestic dispute in which Hunt had allegedly violated a duly served full stay away order of protection, protecting a victim from him. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT --- GERRY --- At about 8:12 a.m. Friday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies checked the well-being of a subject who had fallen off their motorcycle at the intersection of Gerry Levant Road and Route 60. The operator, who was uninjured, was identified as Reid L. Johnson, 54, of Kennedy. Through further investigation, it was found that Johnson had been operating the motorcycle while intoxicated. Johnson was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.18% or greater and driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled ...

Fuentes 25, homeless, was charged with first-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child at 8:21 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a report of a man with a weapon. Officers found Fuentes had been involved in a confrontation with a woman at the apartment. During the altercation, Fuentes allegedly grabbed a metal ceremonial display sword and swung it threateningly at the woman numerous times while a young child was getting ready for school at the same time. Bates, 25, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest and arrested for having an active bench warrant from Jamestown City Court at 8:12 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a west side home for a reported domestic dispute. Officers arrived and reported finding Bates sleeping in a vehicle in the driveway of the residence.
