CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
- MAYVILLE - Victor M. Martinez, 26, of Dunkirk was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief. Martinez, who is incarcerated at the county jail, allegedly destroyed a jail-issued electronic tablet. He will answer to the charge in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
- RIPLEY - Patrick J Bowman, 34, of Ripley was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass. It is alleged that he illegally entered the Ripley Town Hall. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ripley Town Court.
