CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – RIPLEY – Tolebi Issakov, no age or address provided, was charged Sunday night with petit larceny. It is alleged that Issakov stole a shirt from a store at the Love's Travel Center, located on Shortman Road. Issakov will appear at the Town of Ripley court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE - Markeel D. Hilson, 28, of Buffalo, and Tyrone L. Long Jr., 27, of Buffalo, were charged at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday after officers allege they were consuming cannabis at the time of the check. Officers searched the vehicle and report finding methamphetamine and U.S. currency. Both Hilson and Long were arrested and taken to the city jail, where officers say it was found Hilson had allegedly concealed cocaine and fentanyl inside his body. Coone, 52, of Youngsville, Pa., was charged with petit larceny Aug. 25 at 3 p.m. Ellicott police officers responded to a shoplifting complaint where it is alleged Coone had taken items from the store and left without paying for the items. Coone was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later. - Robbie M Stearns, 29, of Frewsburg was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Aug. 24. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE SILVER CREEK – Edwin A Ernst, 39, of Silver Creek was charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child. Around 2:15 a.m. the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on Main Street in the village of Silver Creek for a report of a disorderly person. Ernst allegedly did act in a manner likely to be injurious to a child less than 17 years old. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Program. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Abigail L. Thompson, 22, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal contempt and two counts of resisting arrest at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded a west side address to check the well being of two youths. Officers found Thompson inside the apartment and, according to a police report, were aware of a full stay away order of protection against her protecting two juveniles as well as their father, who police say were all inside the apartment. Through an investigation a suspect was identified as 33-year-old Daniel A. Fabrizio of Jamestown.
