CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – PERRYSBURG – Three people are facing drug charges following a police raid. According to deputies, on June 12, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Gun Parker Drive in the town of Perrysburg. During the search of the residence, officers allegedly discovered a quantity of crack cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Zachary Clark, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt following an incident which took place Thursday morning. Officers conducted a street check at 12:59 a.m. at an address on the city’s west side. Officers report that Clark, who has several active arrest warrants from JPD was also allegedly in violation of a duly served order of protection. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Jeremy M. Rogers, 23, of Jamestown was arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child following an incident Monday morning. Officers responded at 3:53 a.m. Monday to a south side residence to check on the welfare of an individual.
