JAMESTOWN POLICE - Bracken D. Warren of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle, no inspection and operating without insurance at 3:23 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, the Jamestown Police K-9 Unit was assisting the Lakewood-Busti Police Department find a stolen motor vehicle in Jamestown. ELLICOTT POLICE - Tevin Lise, 33, of Falconer was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal impersonation and parole absconder warrant at 11:10 a.m. Saturday after Ellicott police officers responded to a domestic incident where it is alleged Lise had a valid parole warrant and was possibly armed with a firearm. Ellicott police officers were assisted by the State Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office; the agencies were able to take Lise into custody without incident. Vacant home damaged in Saturday fire A fire early Saturday morning damaged a vacant home at 24 Broadhead Ave., Jamestown. The property is currently owned by the Chautauqua County Land Bank. Jamestown firefighters responded to the fire at 12:15 a.m. and found the front porch of the home on fire with fire extending to the front porch roof and involving the vinyl siding of the second story and roof eaves at the corner of the building. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jason M. Seekings, 38, of Lakewood was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after city police officers pulled his vehicle over on Linden Avenue near Myrtle Street. Officers found Seekings was allegedly using a forged dealer license plate on the vehicle. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Jason M.
