FALCONER — All three singles matches finished before the rain came and Falconer beat Olean 3-0 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls tennis Thursday.

Angelina Fiasco, Myla Brainard and Riley Farrugello won for the Golden Falcons.

Falconer’s Rachael Swanson and Jerzie Smith were winning 6-4, 1-0 before weather stopped play. The Golden Falcons’ Emily Green and Mia Vandevelde were also winning 6-2 at second doubles.

BEARS SWEEP WARRIORS

SALAMANCA — Grace Kutschke, Haleigh Albright and Madasyn Lander won their singles matches to send Frewsburg to a 5-0 sweep of Salamanca.

Brooke Golab and Mackenzie Lobb won at first doubles when their opponents withdrew while Lily Harvey and Olivia Grey won at second doubles for the Bears.
